  • Orders ≤ AED 100: AED 40
  • Orders AED 101–499: AED 70

💳 Refund Options

• 👛Refund to Wooden Twist Wallet (recommended) – no expiry & no fees
• 🏦Refund to Bank Account – 10% restocking fee applies

📌 How to Raise a Return Request?

Login to your account on our website and raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

🛑 Delivery Rejection & Demurrage (Custom & Non-Returnable Items)

• 📍Free storage for 7 days if delivery is refused
• 📦From day 8 onwards, AED 50/day demurrage applies (up to 30 days)
• ⚠️After 37 days, Wooden Twist may dispose the item without refund
