- In case of defects/wrong item, raise a return request within 24 hours on our website via My Account. Replacement is free.
- Mind changed? Return within 3 days. Refund issued to Wooden Twist Wallet post pickup & quality check.

- Refund to Bank Account β Processed within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank.
- Refund for orders paid by Tabby & Tamara will be done in Wooden Twist Wallet only.
π How to Raise a Return Request?
Login to your account on our website and raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
π Delivery Rejection & Demurrage (Custom & Non-Returnable Items)
- Free storage for 7 days if delivery is refused
- From day 8 onwards, AED 50/day demurrage applies (up to 30 days)
- After 37 days, Wooden Twist may dispose the item without refund
