Shipping policy

Warranties:

Wooden product comes with a warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.

For warranty claim of products under 500 AED customer needs to take the product to nearest Wooden Twist store for repair/replacement.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals

As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery and experience.
Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenTwist shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
There may be cases where order delivery may take longer than the estimated time shown on the website due to several reasons which are uncontrollable mostly in the case of furniture products. In such case, if delivery is delayed by more than 180 Days you can ask for a refund. Kindly note Wooden Twist will not be able to consider any request for compensation amount due to such delay.
Installation of wall mounted products are not included unless specified.
Delivery to remote locations such as Al Wagan, Al Sila, Madinat Zayed, Bu Hasa, Hatta, Masfut, Sayh Mudayrah, Al Ruwais, Asab, Al Khis, Ghiyathi, Al Shinayin, Al Hadwaniyyah, Al Mirfa, Al Ruways Industrial City or nearby areas etc may require additional shipping fee depending upon the product size and distance. Our team will notify you for the same before shipping your order.
